This notice serves as a reminder of the payment and late fee policy for Truck Parking SA.
- Monthly Payment Due Date
Parking payment is due each month on the same date you started services with Truck Parking SA. - Late Fees
A $10 late fee will be charged on the 5th day after the due date.
An additional $10 late charge will be assessed for each 5-calendar-day period that payment remains unpaid. - Delinquency & Storage Penalties
If payment and late fees are not paid within sixty (60) calendar days, an additional $35 per day storage fee will be added, and the Storage Lien Process will begin. Abandonment Policy
If, within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of a lease period, the owner has not received payment or a request to renew, the stored unit will be considered abandoned and removed from the property in accordance with Texas Property Code Title 5, Subtitle B, Chapter 59 (Self-Service Storage Facility Liens).For reference, the Texas Property Code can be viewed here:
